However, it's the last day, and ever since the mall opened the pirates have been sacking stores, tearing them apart, and moving every last bit of stock and furniture outside, ready for them to take later.
They really don't seem to have hope that you guys are going to find Bikke.
But with such a large search party, there's good reason to have faith.
At least, that's what we thought until an all out war started between the pirates, Chaos, and Cosmos forces! Wowzers!

Searchers only (only very slightly different from yesterday):
So far you haven't come up with a single lead other than that all of Bikke's belongings (which were really just a few sets of clothes) are still around. Not only that, but they were laid out on the ground like an arrow, pointing at a small brochure for the mall. Strange.
Later, Hope could have sworn her heard Bikke calling to him from around the corner, but there was nothing there. Hmm... must have been his pirate-infested imagination.
Ellone noticed that somebody signed her petition sign up sheet with the name "Bikke".
...Now what kind of prankster jerk would do such a thing?
Loz was in a room planning where he should look next, when he could have sworn he felt something hit him in the arse. The room, however, was completely empty (since the pirates had taken everything), so it must have been muscle spasms or something...
Cid lit a smoke while looking through Bikke's files to see if there was anything there to go on, but the smoke went out after a few moments for some reason. While he was looking for a light in his pockets, the smoke lit itself up again. Weird.
Lucretia came up with a good idea of bringing a scanner out to the woods. It picked up a faint life form right behind her at one point, but she was the only one there. Must have been some wiring issues...
Just before every last cupcake was stolen by pirates, Laguna noticed that his freshly baked batch was arranged as what seemed to be a skull and crossbones. Creepy.
Vincent just sensed something, but couldn't put his finger on it.
Other than those small strange instances, nobody found or even noticed anything.

On the bright side, this takes my mind off of what's coming for me on Friday... for now.
I suppose that's what I get for betting on somebody's well being, but damned that Jecht is good at staying alive! I should have known.

The world is far too dangerous to enjoy!
I think I need to create some sort of safety shield so I can get to work now. Mind you, we've gotten rid of all the arcade games that require throwing balls, dancing, jumping, or anything else dangerous like that. Even regular high-adrenaline arcade style games.
Pong, Pac-man, Balloon fight, etc. They're nice and safe.
Also, I went over the odds, and it looks like there's a 5% chance the arcade could actually LOSE money on cards and bets, so those are off as well.

i have also volunteered to travel people via the airship i have under my possession. we can travel up to the sky where the ghosts cannot reach us, and everybody will be able to relax for a while. i will bring cards and dice.
